Wasn’t expecting much from a $30 phone. But I’m surprised at how well it performs. It is definitely not high end. Using this basically as a wi fi connected music player. I’m not disappointed.

I purchased this phone last week. It was exciting to find a $30 phone that actually worked. The activation was not a problem. The issue is SIM and Network “No service” — WiFi intermittent without rhyme or reason. Solutions suggested by Verizon hasn’t made a bit of difference ie cleaning and reseating SIM card. I’m done.

4.8 stars. I use this phone for music streaming and storage, and as a backup to my primary phone.
The negative reviewers must be comparing this to a $300 phone. If you want a premium phone, you should buy a premium phone. This is an great unit for the money.
For a mere $30, you get considerable internal memory, expandable memory with an option SD card, on-the-go (“OTG”) compatable EXTRA memory; USB C charger + wall wart, camera, google play store, etc.
The battery drains somewhat quickly when streaming music for long periods, but recharges very quickly.
Deduct .2 stars for weak instructions (how to install the SD card; how to use OTG; how to install apps), but can get these online in about a minute.
I am not a paid reviewer.

Great

I’m not using this as a phone. It’s a little entertainment device for me that I keep by my bedside and can use with headphones if I can’t sleep without disturbing my wife. My regular cellphone is downstairs at night but if I get a call on it, it rings on our land phone. For $30 you can’t beat this value. Speed is excellent and it keeps it’s charge very well. Works fine on my wifi so I can also see my emails and sports news.

Cheap, smaller than most other ones and works with all my.apps unlike like some of more expensive ones. It is cluttered with many more apps for you to explore but they are disabled by default until you press them. if you don’t like them you can always uninstall them. You don’t need to press hard for it to sense your finger and always gets the letter I press unlike other ones do. I didn’t change any.setting for that.kind of accuracy.

The BLU View 2 smartphone does offer very good value for the price it is being sold here at; however, the product’s description is a total mess and the specifications cited are completely wrong. Essentially, we are being misled to think we are buying a smartphone with 8-cores and 3GB RAM when we are getting a 4-core processor and 2GB RAM and the Android 11 OS on the device is with a 32-bit kernel, meaning you cannot install and run 64-bit applications on this device.
Would’ve not ordered it if the correct specs were listed in the product description, now it is getting returned after finding out the description was totally wrong! Would’ve preferred not to waste my time ordering something and finding out it is not what it was described to be and then having to return it back. By the way even GSM Arena has the device listed with an octa-core processor which is not right as you can see from the screenshot made with CPU-Z on the device I got.
