   Für ein Einsteigermodell ist die SJ8 pro eine sehr gute Kamera, die auch locker mit einer GoPro mithalten kann und das für einen guten Preis. Das mitgelieferte Zubehör ist sehr umfangreich und auch die Fernwatch ist mit dabei.
   Die Aufnahmen mit mittlerer Auflösung sind gut. Für anspruchsvollere Aufnahmen ist die 4k, bzw. 4k ultra Einstellung am besten, da dann eine hohe Detailtreue gewährleistet ist. Da ich sie vorwiegend zum Schnorcheln nutzen werde, ist das auch die beste Einstellung. Ich könnte die Kamera noch nicht ausführlich testen, aber mit dem mitgelieferten Zusatzgehäuse ist sie wasserdicht (Test in der Badewanne). Nützlich ist auch die Fernwatch, da man damit immer die Hände frei hat.
   Hier muss ich allerdings anmerken, das sich die Fernwatch nicht weiter als ca. 1m von der Kamera entfernt befinden sollte, damit sie sich über WIFI verbinden.
   Man kann die Aufnahmen dann auch gleich per WIFI auf das Smartphone etc. übertragen. Und es gibt sogar eine Bearbeitungssoftware mit dazu. Diese funktioniert allerdings nicht immer. Aber ich habe mir die LightCut-App heruntergeladen und damit ist die Bearbeitung ein Kinderspiel.
   Ein Akku (es sind 2 im Lieferumfang enthalten) hält bei einer Daueraufnahme im 4k ultra Modus ca. 40 – 45 min.
   Einzige Manko: Es wäre eine ausführlichere Bedienungsanleitung wünschenswert, da man dann nicht nicht so lange mit den Einstellungen herum experimentieren muss.
   Alles in allem ist dies eine sehr gute Kamera, die man guten Gewissens kaufen kann.

   Camera with accessories looks ok. But app has to many adds of other products and find it to much hassle trying to see photo’s. Be better if they could be seen in your gallery. So returning.

   This thing is awesome
   The video in the add that shows how to set it up is spot on/ it’s stupid simple to use
   It’s got several settings that are really cool like the high stability (less shaking) mode and dash cam mode, and a ton more I found super useful.
   I got this to record my motorcycle rides and it works perfectly with my chin mount I bought separately. It comes in a clear case that’s water proof which I LOVE. The video quality is freaking amazing for a $90 camera I am 100% satisfied with the quality. The videos record in 3 minute increments so that you can download them and not have to download a massive amount of gigs. It’s got tons of accessories for mounting & changing the distance to the mount of choice. I haven’t tested the battery life yet but I did record a 45 minute ride session and I have zero issues with it the entire time. This thing totally rocks if you don’t want to buy a $450 camera for just casual sports riding or motorcycle riding like me. I absolutely love it and I’m glad I got it, incase of an accident the dash cam mode covers a wide range in front of me and I’ll want to have that if someone does something stupid so I can cover my a**. Totally worth it. Buy it, you’ll love it!

   I bought this action camera to use while scuba diving and it worked wonderfully. I got a lot of really nice pictures and videos. The battery lasted a good 6 hours without needing charging with me taking videos/pictures and turning it on/off multiple times. I’d say it could probably run 2-3 hours continuously. It came with a second battery in case the first ran out. The photo and video quality was impressive but not professional grade. Definitely worth the price. The one thing I would mention is that after a full day of taking lots of pictures underwater, a tiny amount of water was able to leak into the housing. I think it’s because the action camera was sent without sufficient lubrication on the seals. After taking apart all of the seal buttons and adding some silicone lubricant, the housing no longer leaked. Just a tip to make sure you seal up those buttons to make it extra water tight.

   Good quality picture for the price, picture, waterproof too ( I use it as a helmet cam and I can’t fault it tbh have wore this in torrential rain and not a drip had gotten through the case ). Would definitely go for the upgraded version rather than this one though as the price is pretty much the same.

   Battery life is OK, not great but not terrible. That being said it does come with 2 batteries so if one dies you’re still good to go

   Battery housing is a bit flimsy and comes off some times but if it’s in the case that’s not an issue

   Downloading the footage can be quite lengthy if you donit through the WiFi but you could always just take the sd card out and download it directly off that which is a lot quicker

   Overall I think if you need something cheap and cheerful then this ( or its upgrade ) is the camera for you.

   I’ll start by saying the company definitely has a commitment to good customer care and service. After my first review they gave me a refund and sent another camera in case the previous camera had issues. The video quality is the same as the first camera- it takes good videos and it’s easy to adjust the resolution and quality in the settings. The settings themselves are pretty easy to figure out once you get a hand of adjusting it all. The camera comes with a good amount of accessories to start out for any action adventures you need to record , I use mine mostly for motorcycle rides but also for snorkeling (the waterproof case works and the underwater video quality is also decent however videos will need to be edited for better color outcome) and snowboarding. I have not had the same issue with the new camera as I did with the last one , making sure the camera is recording and it does not stop recording randomly or refuse to listen to me pushing the button so I’d say it’s safe to assume the first camera I got was just acting up for me. The wifi connection is still iffy , just making sure my phone is on airplane mode and no other wifi can interfere with the connection and the videos download no problem (if not slowly) I will add more pictures / videos once it is sunnier out as the weather is preventing me from doing a lot of things with the camera. Thank you to the company for making a good starter action camera and for the great customer service 🙂

   Original review : The videos themselves come out pretty good, the sound quality isn’t that bad and it comes with all the set up needed to deck out a motorcycle, car, bike, boat , whatever your plan is. My issues come with the app and wifi connection being very slow and stopping me from being able to download the videos , the camera not recording periodically when turned on and set up which is very disappointing when doing specific videos. It’s a cheap camera so don’t expect anything super great, it’s a good cheap beginning camera to have and mess around with but it’s time for me to get one that connects to my phone without taking hours and records when I need it to. I messaged the seller on their website of these issues and their response was to return it where I got it so not super helpful
