I bought it expecting it to work with Verizon’s network, and it did…at first. Then I switched to a prepaid company that provided SIM cards for both Verizon and T-Mobile, and the Verizon one didn’t work!! If I can save just one person the frustration of having to move to T-Mobile and their %$*#ing MMS image size limit, then that will be worth “it”.
I also agree with the reviewer who said it seemed to have been a display model, and someone else who mentioned a charger that isn’t easily used (mine was USB-C on both ends).

It looks like a very nice phone. Description says unlocked, will work with Spectrum. It does not. I took it to Spectrum and they told me the FE model will not work with Spectrum. I also called their tech support with same answer. So, false advertising. I returned it, but they have not credited my account yet.

Great phone! Honestly, I was forced to get a new one. My Galaxy J7 Crown had finally become outdated and it had several welding burns, scratches. I had it at least 5 years, super tough unit. I wanted an S series for the wireless charging capabilities, but this one really does have it all! Hopefully this is built half as good as my last…

I bought the phone new, unlocked. It came in the original Samsung box, along with a charging cord and the pin to pop the Sim card holder. The instruction manual was in Turkish. Doesn’t really matter – everything is online anyway. I turned the phone on, it came up in Turkish but I switched it English. I have Verizon, very simple to insert my Sim card and go from there. Good phone, easy to use, easy to set up. This is my 4th or 5th Galaxy, and I have never had a problem with them.
