This phone is heavy!!! If you threw it at somebody, it would seriously cause them brain damage! I like the weight of it though, so that’s a plus for me. The facial recognition is ok, but I’d say it’s only about 60% accurate. But my biggest pet peeve with this phone, is it’s speed! IDK if it’s defective or what, but it’s slower than molasses! When you switch from one app to another? SLOW! When you change screens? SLOW! When you first turn it on? SLOW! Using the internet? SLOW! My grandmother, who has no legs, goes faster than this phone!

Sehr schneller Versand… das Outdoor Smartphone wurde am nächsten Tag schon geliefert.
Beim Auspacken wurde ich schon positiv überrascht – alles macht einen sehr hochwertigen und robusten Eindruck.
Ausgepackt und installiert. Die Einrichtung war absolut problemlos und ging schnell. Android 13 ist installiert, Ram-Speicher und installierter Speicher (128GB) ist auch genug vorhanden und bietet ausreichend Platz für jede Menge Spiele, Fotos, Musik und Apps. Nach kurzer Startzeit ist das Outdoor Smartphone einsatzbereit und läuft sauber und ruckelfrei. Das 6,59″ große Touchdisplay reagiert schnell auf jeden Fingertipp. Es ist schnell, läuft flüssig und das Display hat eine super Auflösung. Nichts ruckelt, nichts bleibt hängen. Lautsprecher und Mikrofon sind Spitzenklasse. Wlan + Bluetooth Verbindungen laufen ohne Probleme – meine Bluetooth Kopfhörer und Soundbar wurden sofort erkannt. Auch die Verbindung über USB mit dem PC klappt einwandfrei. So sind auch größere Daten schnell übertragen.
Absolut beeindruckt hat mich die extrem lange Akkulaufzeit. Nach 5 Tagen mit regelmäßiger Benutzung immer noch 21% Leistung. Das Laden des 13000 mAH Akku wurde durch das 18Watt Ladegerät in Rekordzeit erledigt.
Fazit:
Dieses Outdoor Smartphone macht mir richtig Spaß und so kann ich auch bei längeren Touren auf eine Powerbank verzichten.
Preis- Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall und ich kann es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No es la primera vez que compro un móvil de esta marca y el resultado siempre ha sido muy bueno. Lo único, se ha estropeado el altavoz, no se puede poner, suena distorsionado, muy alto y es imposible escuchar nada. El teléfono se empezó a usar en enero y no ha durado ni cinco meses. No se dónde dirigirme para buscar una solución.

I have a lot of these for my business and they work great for lasting all day long under heavy use. The screens could be a little tougher but with a good screen protector they hold up to tall drops. Customer service was super helpful in getting new screens replaced for any that broke as well.

Received BV6200 on February 3rd, 2024 from Amazon. The speaker on the backside quit working on March 6th, 2024. Volume is up but no sound. Front speaker for calls works fine. Just the loud backside speaker has quit working. Contacted CS they had me ship my phone back and provided a replacement at no charge. Blackview took care of this customer.

The first phone from blackview had many firmware problems and had to get sent back for a replacement. Went with the same model, and had a bunch more problems. Then I sent that one back .
I then ordered through Blackviews official website and purchased the pro model instead to solve the problems.
No suck luck, they sent me a phone that was supposed to be t-mobile compatable. I took it to t-mobile, opened the box, inserted the t-mobile sim card and nothing on the data side because the pro version they sent me does not have lte compatability so no t-mobile data, just phone calls, not even texts would go through.
When I wentcto return this one, they said it had to be shipped to honk Kong via registered first class package. THAT COST $70.00 US! They said I would be reimbursed for the shipping, now they sY nope, can’t do it. They now refuse to repay the return shipping even though I have it in writing saying they would. Since I can not physically go to thier store, I am stuck.
STOP! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRAND, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY HAVE DONE ME.
I purchased the 1st bad phone in February, it is now November, and the only thing I have to show for I is a 70.00 postage bill that I should have never had to pay.

El dispositivo es sencillamente brutal, con un peso de casi medio kilo no es apto para débiles, sumamente resistente y con un batería de muy larga duración, funciona muy bien, es rápido y con buena capacidad de almacenamiento, su cámara no es de las mejores, sin embargo cumple bastante bien para su precio, por otro lado el altavoz es sencillamente brutal, tanto que no requiere conectarse a un altavoz externo para escuchar música en una reunión, lo único que le haría falta es la conexión de jack 3.5mm para utilizar cascos. Por lo demás es un excelente dispositivo para el tan bajo costo. Llegó justo al tiempo prometido y en las condiciones que prometieron, lo usaré y luego daré una mejor opinión.
