I bought this phone unlocked to use with Total Wireless to find out it is not compatible. However, I am using it on an AT&T network (compatible) and I really do like it. It has some really nice features and is a nicer profile than my i-phone (which it has replaced). Battery life appears to be a little beter than my i-phone too. It is definitely a good value and i strongly recommend it.

Although this phone is advertised as a GSM, one has to be savvy as to what they say means–namely limited use in the US. Also, the directions came in Spanish only. I went to Best Buy and got the same phone, for the US this time, at a slightly cheaper cost!

While it was open box, everything was included as new.
Battery life is not the best but works fine.The 12MP camera, Dolby sound, and HD screen are great. Powerful CPU. Updates to Android 9. Has two nano sim slots and one microSD slot that is easily accessible. Doesn’t include Wireless calling. Doesn’t work with CDMA. Works with 801.11 ac.USB 2.0 C connector.

After doing research on this phone, I decided to purchase it. I am a Samsung guy and I didnt have the money to fork over for a new brand new NOTE9. Even though the phone doesnt have a stylus built it, I love the phone!
It is fast, clear, great quality. It comes with a factory case and offers the Android Pie (9). I am impressed with the pictures and video it captures. 4K is a great option. I am currently on the Straight Plan and the phone works well with it as well as T-Mobile which my wife uses.
If you are shaky hand when taking photos, you dont have to worry about blurriness. The pictures are so amazing, you can zoom in with out much distortion.
For the price.. great phone. I have not had any issues with the phone and it held up to its true potential.

Great phone. Has features you can only find on much more expensive phones. With moderate use I can get 8-10 days on a charge.
