TheFinalWord –
Laptop seemed great at first. Did the typical setup, it started to update and after the updates it instantly bricked. Now it’s stuck on a spinny wheel of death. Not the quality I was expecting and I’m not sticking around with this nonsense. I need my gear to work right from day 1

No issues with the laptop so far, came in packed well. The keyboard is great compared to other laptops I’ve used.
Micky –
Excellent system, runs great.

Got it yesterday, ordered through manufacturer website. Display stopped working overnight. Display through HDMI worked for about an hour, then cut out too. Probably caused when NVIDIA decided to do its first driver update. Customer Service had me do an EC reset which did not help, and had me RMA it. The hardware is stellar and the make of the laptop is very gratifying, but I wish they’d get their software to work out of the box. A Ferrari without gas is an expensive paperweight. How disappointing.
