Got this as a “gadget I didnt need but can use” basically to give the kids a TV in their room for sleepovers and they love it.
Honestly, the quality is good enough and bright enough that arguably this could replace a TV permanently, its not QUITE good enough to replace the TV in a bright room but its more than watchable. Dark room with a white blank wall? Its incredibly good.
So far the kids are happy with YouTube/Youtube Kids and Netflix, but you can put on Disney Plus or stream. I would say this would be perfectly fine to pack and take on holidays and it weighs next to nothing.
Its NOT perfect, but for the price I cannot take off any stars:
The remote – IR not Bluetooth, so you have to point it at the projector, I am used to a bluetooth remote with Sky so this is a small step backwards.
It DOES make some sound from the cooling fan, but its not loud and if you are watching something with sound it easily covers it so its not a problem.
You have to hold the power button for like 10 seconds to turn it on, Initially thought it was broken but you just have to hold the power button, this was not clear, once you know its fine but it did cause confusion.
Bottom line, this is worth the money, you will not get a comparable TV for this price, nowhere near, its easy it is to move and set up and easy to connect to the internet.

I loved the versatility of the projector with the light weight design but sturdy and easy to balance. The connectors worked easily with my smart tv on same WiFi. Overall picture quality was good and as expected for the cost. Working any background and clear to see and convert any room to home theatre. Sound quality is decent but I used sound bar.

Really surprised with this, considering it’s relatively low value,it’s performance and usability is amazing the sound quality is good but you can also Bluetooth it to additional independent speakers, the set up was painless, it has many options for apps including Google app store and can stream the popular platforms, youtube, netflix etc. it is very portable and rechargable.
The image quality is very good considering the price and even on full zoom filling a large wall 3mt plus the image seems to holds it’s clarity.
Much better than expected.

I’m pretty impressed by this little unit – really clear picture, keystoning feature auto adjust works very well, remote functions fast and updating firmware was seamless.
I have placed this into my IOT segregates network on my home wireless network so it can’t ‘speak’ with anything else on the network – something you should consider as our homes become more digitally connected with these internet connected devices!
Fan is a little noisy, but once you have sound or headphones on, it won’t be a distraction. Was surprised at how far back I could place the unit and size of bright picture. The base has a tripod connection on it for those that would find it useful.
Time will tell on how long the picture remains bright and pixels stay alive.

The setup is quite easy due to the wifi capability and the built in apps like netflix. Connecting to a device is also quite seamless.
The picture quality is great, as long as you have a smooth surface to project onto. Textured ceilings don’t look as good so should be avoided if possible. The projector automatically adjusts to different angles so you don’t have to make sure the projector is at the perfect angle to the wall. Brightness is sufficient for making a huge screen and a real cinema experience. The speakers are functional but would recommend using separate speakers or speaker bar.
Overall I am very impressed with the value of this inexpensive projector and would recommend highly.
