So we just set tis up and it is a really nice monitor. It is on the budget end but it is actually quite nice. I love the white color. We are using it with a MacBook Air. One thing we were disappointed about is that we connected it initially with a USB-C cable, but it seems this only works as a monitor for a computer with an HDMI cable only (our MacBook Air does not have an HDMI port). The computer did not detect input with the USB-C at all, no matter now much or how many cables we tried. There is no printed detail guide included, only an assembly quick guide, so the jury is still out on that being a real functionality we just didn’t know how to setup, however it should not be this complicated it it was indeed a feature. We had a USB-c to HDMI cable adapter handy which solved the issue but something you need to be aware of. We did not/probably will not, use the Smart TV features so no info on that. One star removed for the USB-C false advertising.

I am using it as a bad room TV. The viewing angles are narrower than my living room TV and it’s a monitor so the display is mat, but resolution and colors are superb. Audio is enough for me, and for more oomph I connect it over Bluetooth to an Amazon Echo which works perfectly. As a monitor, the stand is far better suited to my needs as I don’t want to wall-mount it.

I needed a monitor that was large enough for my new office setup but not overly bulky, and this LG monitor met all my requirements. Paired with my Surface Pro 9, it delivers excellent performance—clear text and graphics, quick and easy connectivity, and surprisingly good built-in speakers. As a ‘smart TV,’ it also performs well, with the included remote. Video graphics look great, and streaming is smooth with no buffering issues. I’m so impressed with it that I’m seriously considering getting another one for my home office setup.

This is a great monitor especially for the price I paid. I was able to get it for 229.00 (regularly 329.00) So far, it’s working great. The 4k resolution is awesome. I recommend this monitor even at the original price.

I’ve been using a curved Samsung monitor I bought at Walmart for about 2 years and I’ve hated it since I bought it. This monitor is a dream to use comparatively. It has multiple inputs, nice speakers, a big screen for multitasking, and it’s a tv so I can easily watch movies and videos without a computer. I also love that I can airplay to it with my phone. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase and if any of these things sound great to you I highly recommend giving this monitor a try. I got mine when it was on sale for 229 so maybe wait for that, but even at full price I still think this is a great monitor.

This is a nice looking monitor and is sturdy. With that said, this is not a standard monitor that automatically connects with your laptop. It is an LG interface with an option to connect to a laptop, where you have to go through the UI first. It works best as a television with LG channels. However, it is not ideal for work. The major trouble I had was with the connection to my MacBook.
The description is misleading as it does not come with a USB C cable, only with an HDMI, which is not usable with today’s laptops. I tried a type C cable from another monitor but it would not work; while it showed a connection there was only a black screen. I then tried two separate USB-C to HDMI cables (not included with purchase), which would randomly shut off and once again lead to a black screen. I would then have to turn the monitor on and off, and go back through the LG interface. The airplay function worked fine, and was the only way I was really able to connect my MacBook to the monitor.

The screen and picture quality is amazing. Not only does it works well with my Mac mini, but it is flawless with my Xbox series x and my ps5. I can upload pictures as soon as I’m finish changing my room around. The tilt function is pretty cool as well. It also can get pretty bright.

I bought this to replace my POS Vizio in my kitchen . LG Exceeded my expectations!! Picture is crystal clear and can sustain my high internet speed with no interference in signal . This does everything except cook. I wall mounted under my cabinets , fits perfect. I will be purchasing another for my office .
