This product has worked exactly as expected as a basic home server. works well with an add-in card to add more SATA ports, an i5 13600, 4 sticks of ram etc. No instability or any other issues and the bios is easy to setup.

I bought this board paired with an i5 12400f and the board arrived new in packaging as described no bent pins or missing cpu socket cover
Installed the cpu and assembled the whole pc and it booted right up with no issues
Plenty of additional fan headers as well which a lot of micro boards don’t have more than 1 in addition to the cpu fan header
    Nice little board!

Seeing the dreaded red VGA light with no POST? Pull the CMOS battery, wait a bit, and reinstall it. (While you’re at it, swap in a proper Energizer, etc.)

Oh, and decent little mATX board. The rear case insert is sloppily machined and flimsy. Pay attention to what’s gonna poke out where, and adjust the insert as needed, before installing.

I used to build a video editor PC with a 13th gen Intel cpu and an Intel Arc gpu. The manual for this board provided pretty good information and all the mounting points for dram, pcle, and NVMe devices worked well. The I/O shield for the rear ports is a little cheesy, but hey for $110 this is a lot of bang for the buck.

I bought this motherboard to see if I got a dead other motherboard or had a power supply issue. Turned out to be the latter, both ended working in different desktops. From Gigabyte this was a cheaper offering for budget conscious buyers. Nevertheless it served at the end of the day replacing an older model similar motherboard from Gigabyte that operated an i5-9700F CPU. This one got an i5-12600KF which is significantly better. I had no problem of hooking all the peripherals up. It is working flawlessly. Good buy on a budget.

I recently built my DIY TrueNAS server using the GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 motherboard, and it’s been a fantastic choice. The motherboard pairs seamlessly with my Intel Core i3-12100 processor, ensuring smooth and stable performance. One of the standout features is the ample number of SATA ports, which is perfect for my multiple storage drives. The dual M.2 slots provide excellent flexibility for future upgrades, and the BIOS is user-friendly, making setup a breeze.

The build quality is solid, and the board’s layout is well thought out, making cable management straightforward. While the motherboard offers great value, it does come with some limitations, like the lack of built-in Wi-Fi and fewer USB ports than some higher-end models. Despite these minor drawbacks, it’s a reliable and efficient choice for a home server, and I’m very satisfied with its performance in my TrueNAS setup.

You are inevitably going to give up some features when going to a Micro ATX motherboard from an ATX motherboard. The obvious benefit is the lower price and if you don’t need the additional features, then it’s perfectly acceptable.

The one downside that I didn’t realize, is that it doesn’t come with a USB 3.1 port. A lot of newer cases include this for front pane connections, so that was a bit disappointing. Everything else on the Motherboard was good as long as you’re running a lower power CPU in it. It’s not designed to handle higher power/temperature CPUs as the VRM on this is nothing special.

Red VGA light on boot. No video output. Tried 3 different GPUs (and two different ports per GPU), one stick of RAM instead of two, RAM in different slots, clearing CMOS two different ways, reseating power cables, and more and nothing works.

The manual provided just has a QR code that takes me to a PDF of a manual that has no useful information in it whatsoever.

Gigabyte’s customer support reputation is so bad that I just returned it via Amazon instead of trying to contact Gigabyte.

Stay away from this overpriced, garbage product.

UPDATE 8/18/2024: I replaced the motherboard with another of the same model. When it arrived, I noticed that the motherboard was in a very different style of anti-static bag. The first one was in a plain, generic bag, while the replacement was in a Gigabyte branded bag. The replacement worked better, and it convinced me that Gigabyte is repackaging and selling dead motherboards while calling them ‘new’. Be careful of what kind of bag the motherboard is in!

Not only that, but I’ve still had intermittent issues with this motherboard, with random crashes under any significant load. It has gotten worse as of late, and I’m nearing the point of starting to replace parts, and the motherboard might be one of them.
