Used this to replace a ASUS VP32UQ (i’m a devout ASUS fan but Gigabyte your starting to win my heart from them) monitor the refresh rate etc are so much better all around in every category and can’t beat the price. Smooth clear graphics well designed and visually appealing it checks all the boxes at a very reasonable price and have had no issues with this something that i couldn’t say about the ASUS it replaced. I’m very impressed and pleased with this purchase i use it with WIndows 10, and Linux as well as a Mac Mini and all of them support this monitor with no issues.

The monitor’s picture is very nice, and the 240hz refresh is great… Unless it doesn’t work. I originally bought the 27 inch version of this monitor, and almost immediately after setting up, the monitor would sporadically (almost at random) cut to black for a few seconds, then the picture would return… As you can imagine, this is not ideal for gaming.
I RMA’d it, Gigabyte said nothing was wrong with it, so sent it back, I got VIDEO of the problem, they told me to ship it in a 2nd time (both times at my expense, great customer service…) and they ended up replacing it with the 32 inch model because they discontinued the 27 inch model (gee I wonder why).
Lo and Behold I get the new one, and it starts having the EXACT same issue… I’ve tried everything in my power to rule out it being anything other than the monitor but no matter what I try, this monitor is the only one I have any issues with.
I opened a THIRD ticket with Gigabyte, they told me to RMA it and want me to pay for shipping and to “check with customer service” about getting reimbursed for the shipping costs. Absurdly bad product only topped by even worse customer service.

It has great colors and has built in soundcard.not sure the point but it’s there.i never tried it.the controls on it are easy to use.overall I was completely satisfied with it

Loved the picture for both gaming and surfing the net!
Did not expect the menu option to stop working( no Access) So I can’t change settings.
I emailed gigabyte but 3 days later still no reply!

At first, this monitor was wonderful. Big, bright, colorful… but then 6 months later, I felt like tweaking it’s settings. Little did I know that between the first time I set it up and now, the menu joystick stopped working… So the monitor is now stuck in its current settings.
Let’s see how long it takes for their customer support to answer…

Somewhat niche at this size/res combo 32 in. 1440p with 240 hz, but it’s perfect for my use, double duty as a gaming and work monitor. Was very impressed with the features and inclusions Gigabyte put in this one. On paper feature-wise it easily beat out other monitors with the same specs and after using it, it also lived up to my hopes.
Stand has all common adjustments, monitor has display inputs HDMI, DP, and USB-C, input auto switches if you’re on multiple devices and you turn off your current one. Cables may be cheap, but even then some brands will skimp out on providing them but gigabyte thankfully did not here.
Yes it’s kind of hideous at first glance but in daily use I don’t really see the stand as it’s between the monitor and the wall so for my use it’s not a big deal anymore. If you have it not facing the wall you’ll probably find it tacky/ugly. Picture seemed a tad too vivid at first but I adjusted it slightly and got used to it as well. Stand is pretty damn heavy, but functional and sturdy, similar to dell higher end stands. Packaging wasn’t excessive yet was still easy to set up compared to my typical monitor setup. Can’t speak to its longevity of course but hope it serves me for a good while. Wish it came with a kvm button for easily switching kvm/input but there’s no such thing as a perfect monitor and otherwise, it’s a great monitor with a fantastic featureset vs other brands. 32 in 1440p high refresh flat panel IPS is very specific, but if you’re looking for this combo, this should be monitor you get. Despite being pretty new to the monitor game, Gigabyte has done a really great job with this one, in my opinion.

Coming from a Vizio 1080p tv, I was definitely in need of an upgrade. Instead of going for an oled 4k gaming monitor I instead got this one. It’s 1440p, 240hz and 32 inches which is exactly what I was looking for. I’m mostly a console gaming and this monitor has HDMI 2.1 which allows my ps5 to get 4k resolution at 60hz and depending on the game I can reach 4k 120hz. Colors on this monitor looks amazing. I have tested every game in my library and they all look more vibrant and more detailed. I love this monitor. I will say though, I had some flickering issues but it was due to the monitors free sync. I had to turn it off and the flickering stopped. If anyone is looking for an upgrade l, this monitor will serve you well. Sooner or later I will eventually upgrade to an oled 4k.

This is one of the few listings you will find on a 32 Inch 240/270HZ Display. In terms of speed. It doesn’t get any better.
The downside is the lacking color profile.
The way i adjusted the Color to be Acceptable was by turning on HDR in the Windows Setting
then running the HDR calibration tool from the Windows Store.
By default the Reds and Yellows on this Display are too noticable.
I also had the problem of it turning off then on randomly when running in Windows 11. After switching to a Windows 10 based install (X-lite), this problem went away.
