why do I keep getting used boards when they are NOT cheap?!? first one was open box with bent pins where CPU goes, sent it back for another one that was also used and not put back into box correctly and metal flacks around where the CPU goes? not sure why many people are complaining about getting used boards when listing clearly says new.

This motherboard has lots of capacity and it’s exactly what I was looking for in a motherboard!
Edit after about 4 months: the motherboard died. I ordered a replacement while I RMAd the original board and the new board has bent pins, so I couldn’t connect it to the case. Shipped it back to Amazon. Ordered another replacement and it wouldn’t power on. Took it to geek squad and they said it was a bad board. Finally hear back about the original board and gigabyte said the CPU socket was damaged. I call BS after seeing 4 dead boards, now. Never buying gigabyte again…waste of time and money…

Socket AM5 For a 9600x,7600x, 7600 7500F,8500G 8600G and 8700G. This works well for entry Gaming with Mid range graphics. Nice Desktop workstation or Mid Range Pc. with build in Wifi.No overclocking Recommended on this board. Remember this chipset is entry level
