I have been using this laptop now for more than 4 months, and its safe to say that this is the best laptop for everyone and everything for that price range .
Iam a software engineer student so mobility is a very important aspect for me and its safe to that this laptop gives u about 6-9 hours and more easily , the ips display is amazing too and very colorful.
I also did tons of gaming on it and its a beast i was able to get 60+ frame rate on heavy games like COD mw2 , the only issue is the screen refresh rate is only 60hz which causes some screen tearing issue when gaming but its an easy fix if u turn on Gsync.
So to wrap up
Pros
+long battery life
+great colorful screen
+Build quality is amazing
+ very fast and sharp the as I bought it 4 months ago with daily use since
Cons:
-screen refresh rate
-the laptop gets ver very hot and loud when doing damming work like gaming or when connected to charger (but its not something u can’t bare )
-and i hate the placement of the power button u can easily press it by mistake but with time u get used to it

I bought this laptop with the intention of using it for school and for some light gaming. I wanted something thin, small, light, with good battery life. I didn’t expect to pay such a low price for an item matching my requirements. This is a great laptop but it’s got things that one should know about before buying.
Speakers: They are bad, not decent, outright bad. There is little sound clarity and they are very quiet. If the sound is important, I recommend looking somewhere else.
Bloatware: Too much, it’s difficult to get rid of and it will try to sneak its way back in. At least it stays hidden and doesn’t pop up. Be warned, this laptop comes with one of those annoying anti-viruses. It took little effort to get rid of it and it never came back.
Screen: Looks nice, a lot better than a budget laptop. But, this isn’t a Surface, Macbook, or XPS. Do not expect an amazing screen. Expect a good screen, it’s pretty bright as well.
Battery: This is where she starts to shine. This laptop is rocking some serious specs, yet the battery lasts a good bit. No, we’re not talking all day, but 6 hours with a balanced preset and great specifications is a serious contender.
Specifications: **This is the highlight of this computer**. If you don’t know much about specs I’ll give you an easy summary of this computer. This computer will run smoothly with just about anything you can throw at it, its limits start to show when you start throwing PC games at it. This baby packs a Ryzen 5800U, 16GB of Ram, an RTX 3050ti and a 512ssd. What does this mean? It means this laptop can run Fortnite, Adobe premiere, Vs code, basically, anything that isn’t MW Warzone(technically it can run I just wouldn’t recommend it) with basically no issues. This laptop also has some options for upgrading, including an extra SSD slot!
Keyboard: Ok, keys feel a little wide but you will get used to them in no time. This laptop has backlit keys, although they can be difficult to see under certain conditions.
Trackpad: Also good, like I said a lot of this laptop is mediocre but it makes up for it in the spec department. When playing games you may want to disable it (if you’re using a mouse) as the palm rejection isn’t very good.
Charger: If anxiety was a charger this would be it, the charger is very small and looks like I could break it if I pulled it out the wrong way honestly. Not to worry though! You can charge this computer from the USB type C port!
I/O:1 HDMI, 1 Type C port, Charging port, 2 USB 3 ports, and a headphone jack. No SD card slot folks 🙁 .
Build Quality: Mostly metal, with black plastic on the screen bezels. Sturdy, yet the metal feels a bit cheap, I feel that this is because of the texture. Still very good overall. The laptop looks super nice in person, it’s no Surface laptop or Macbook but it’s a close second or third.
Final thoughts: A fast machine with a lot of “good enough” components and some minor downsides. The good really outweighs the bad. I’m taking a star off for the speakers as they are the only part of the computer that are outright bad. I highly recommend this computer for the college student that doesn’t want to end up with a dud computer or an ugly gaming laptop.

This laptop is perfect at nothing, but great at everything. It can run intensive games well, it can be used for typing well, and pretty much anything else a laptop should do, this is good at doing. Overall, it’s one of the best laptops for students, especially if you want a super subtly secret gaming laptop that looks like a typical laptop.
Pros:
-Fantastic performance, especially for the form factor
-Good build quality. Nothing special, but good nonetheless
-Looks great
-Great for productivity
-Nice screen
-Great price (especially when you can find it on sale)
Cons:
-Mine had a little bit of deformation or something such that the keyboard was a bit wonky and uneven in some places. It is barely noticeable, but you might be able to see it in the second two pictures.
-Very middle-of-the-spectrum. Might not be the best choice if you only want raw power or only want pure portability. (But it’s amazing if you want both)
-Some small compression artifacts in the audio coming out of the 3.5m audio port that are noticeable when using high fidelity headphones. This was present on both out of the two of these laptops I got, so it’s likely to happen with yours.
Overall, it’s a fantastic laptop. Would recommend. I’ll update if anything significant changes.

Very good specs in a portable package of 1.4kg. However, 1 glaring flaw is the uneven keyboard backlight. In addition, with the backlight on during daytime makes the keyboard characters almost unreadable. Silver keys and a white backlight is a bad combination. I have a hp laptop with black keys and I do not face this readability issue.

The laptop is hands-down the best laptop I have owned. It’s perfect for students who are looking for strong performance, long battery life, and gaming on the side.

This is a very great laptop and offers a lot of specs that you normally see in higher priced laptops. This laptop is great for the price point and is very fast and has a nice sleek/light weight design. The fan can get loud at times, but it is expected since the laptop only has one fan. The laptop is great for students who wish to run software like AutoCAD and Matlab. It can also handle light gaming. I have been able to run games such as metal gear solid 5 with no issues. Warzone runs fine but will begin to heat up the laptop more quickly. The laptop also comes with an extra SSD slot with makes upgrading a breeze, no need to do any cloning if you do not know how to. You only need to format the new SSD to run. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone look for a great laptop in the 1000-dollar range.

I like that it lasts all do with moderate load but can handle somewhat heavier loads when needed. I do a lot of photo editing which it handles well. It can do simple editing of 4k video when I need it to.

it was the best product for 1.4kg laptop with 3050ti Graphics in limit prices, otherwise you can only spend 1600USD to chose ROG flow x13, so far so good, the performance, the monitor and the keyboard i like it, except the network adapter, i recevied this from black friday and facing two or three times disconnecting issues, it’s just gone, system doesn‘t recognize this hardware, i can’t use wifi or bluetooth but few minutes back to normal automaticailly, but i can’t find solve the root casuse no matter i reboot or re-install the system, not sure if it’s WIN11 bug or hardware issues. but it’s a new meachine i don’t want to return it back to fix cause it was cross-border to UAE now, let’s see will this happen again in the future.
