can not recommend this computer. worked for 3 months then just stopped working. nothing happened to computer, it just stopped working. it is pasted its return date, ordered mid august 2024, now november 19 2024. this is not acceptable, defective product! I want to return the computer and get my money back!! I do not have the box for return and amazon says it past the return date! but paid too much for the computer to only work 3 months!! very unhappy!! Amazon or Acer needs to do something! please

the laptop crashed and lagged with every single game played. not just high performance games. every game. this laptop is not suitable to be labeled “gaming” unless your child is just playing solitaire. We had to purchase extra RAM and install it. now it’s good. extra RAM $60.

Delivered on time booted up without issues package undamaged, Games play well no issues
1. Bright enough screen for indoor usage ( can’t speak for outdoor because, I don’t bring my laptop outdoor day time it’s to hot)
2. Speed boots up fast and doesn’t feel sluggish at all the ddr5 8gb holds up
3. Plays games very well on high
There are many other laptops out there for the price but on sale 800$ total it meets all my expectations and fulfills my needs of a laptop which can handle high graphic games on high with a decent screen and doesn’t break the bank

Un portátil potente y con buen precio. Lo conseguí en descuento a 707 dólares.
Lo utilizaré para trabajar (programas ingenieriles como autocad, civil 3d, Arcgis, agisoft, etc) y de momento va de maravilla, muevo archivos pesados como ortofotos de 70 gigas y el pc lo trabaja como si nada.
La pantalla es muy muy buena, nítida, con conocer muy llamativos y una imagen muy buena.

This pc had good specs especially for the price I paid for it at the time, but one thing I would say is it is unusable on almost any semi-modern game with 8 GB of ram which makes it very easy to add another 8GB stick and I think only had a cost of about $20. Just make sure you order that along with the laptop if you are purchasing the same model I did and that you get the correct model as laptop RAM is less universal than desktop RAM from what I have seen

Great performance so far but upgrading 8 gb RAM is a must if you really want to get full benefits of this laptop. Screen is bright and honestly very vibrant and beautiful. Starts up very slow tho, it is very quiet as well. So far runs osrs and rs3 full hd flawless but will take up most of that 8gb ram especially if you want to stream.
