This computer required internet to set it up. So that was a downside. The price was very good for the product, I also liked the built in webcam cover. I found most things to be rather intuitive. All of the features I dislike on this computer are the same features I disliked on every other computer that I have ever owned. I have been able to plug in all external products like, DvD player, usb stick, and microphone without any issue at all. I was a little concerned about compatibility, but it has been a non-issue. Overall I am quite pleased with this computer.

So far I like the computer but since I’m not a handy type with installing, unscrewing, installing I had a friend help with that. He said however it was easy and fast. Once that was done it transferred all my data over and was super easy to start up. Screen visual quality is good too.

I purchased this 15.6-inch laptop, it has exceeded my expectations for the price point.
I bought it for school, browsing the web, streaming videos and to archive 30 years of photos and videos. It offers plenty of storage, boots and processes way faster than my previous laptop and has good battery life. I have same internet but it seems faster. Has a lot of ports for my external monitor and wireless mouse and keyboard.
Old system had Windows 10 and this came w 11.
At first I was a little nervous about setting up and installing the upgrades myself as I had never done anything like that but it was easy. I’m more confident now that I learned that process.
I’m not a gamer so I can’t speak to that. But for my needs and the price, I highly recommend!

I purchased this laptop for myself as a Christmas present. My old laptop was about 10 years old and on it’s last leg.
I bought it for mainly for days I need to work from home, keeping up with documents for several of my book groups and photo storage. It has plenty of storage, boots and processes way faster than my old laptop and has great battery life. I am using the same internet I did before but it seems faster now. It has a lot of extra ports for my wireless mouse and anything else I might need to use with the laptop. It came with Windows 11 installed.
I was a little nervous about setting up and installing the upgrades by myself so I had my son do that part for me. He got it all figured out in about 10 minutes.
I highly recommend this laptop. It works great for my needs and the price was really good.

I set up the laptop, shut it off till the next day. When I turned it on next, it wouldn’t pick up WiFi at all. I had to reboot and it worked fine but now I’m fearful of this issue right off the bat

I’m absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Necktac and Amazon. I purchased a Necktac laptop during Black Friday, lured in by the promise of a 71% discount. It turns out this “deal” is a complete sham – the laptop is ALWAYS listed at that price, making it a blatant case of false advertising.
To add insult to injury, the laptop itself is defective according to YouTube . I immediately initiated a return with Amazon, but to my dismay, they informed me it would take over 30 days to process my refund, even though the package remains unopened!
Amazon’s customer service, once a beacon of reliability, has been shockingly unhelpful. They seem unconcerned about the false advertising and the excessive refund processing time. It’s disheartening to see Amazon, a company I’ve trusted for years, allow such deceptive practices on their platform.
Buyer Beware:
* Necktac laptops are NOT on a Black Friday special. The advertised discount is misleading and deceptive.
* The product itself may be defective.
* Amazon’s customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive.
* Expect excruciatingly long refund processing times.
Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this product. There are plenty of other reputable brands and retailers out there who won’t deceive you with false promises and provide better customer support. Hey Amazon I’m canceling prime and going to Walmart plus. Thanks for not caring 🙂
