This looked like a promising keyboard by a trusted company, accompanied by good reviews. We bought this as a birthday for a 12-year old who had never used a gaming keyboard before. Right out of the box, the mini USB connection was so warped and bent it could not even be properly inserted into the keyboard. Amazon sent us a replacement and we were surprised to find the exact same problem right out of the box: a bent, twisted, and half-severed mini USB head that was completely unusable. This seems to be a massive design flaw. Needless to say, we’ll be returning this one too and ordering a completely different model.

The keyboard itself is great, my only issue with it is that it arrived without the rear stands so now it sits at a strange angle whenever im using it. This problem can be easily solved by propping the keyboard up on something and it is an entirely understandable condition for a refurbished product to arrive in.

I keep breaking micro usb cables with this dang keyboard! Broke one on the very first week, and another one today. It’s very heavy, so it will rip security pins in the micro usb. Highly recommend some usb magnetic cables and bits!

The media could not be loaded.
Zero quality control on refurbished. Filthy keys covered in gunk board is warped but works no documentation provided hair inside the keyboard. There is nothing about this that is refurbished they never even opened it.
