I had these headphones for about 4 days.
I work from home and make phone calls to individuals throughout the day and check in on employees, however, I don’t know if it was because the microphone was detachable or what but I had never had a problem with sound quality or my associates hearing me with my Kraken V3 by Razer, and with the Barracuda they all told me it was static sounding and breaking up quite a bit. I tried downloading software, THX Spatial Audio that came with it and even watching videos on how to solve the problem.. to no avail.
While playing video games with my son (Fortnite), the sound quality was absolutely terrible. It sounded like I was listening from inside a bin. Incredibly muffled and far away, very harsh sounds. Nothing I did fixed this problem either. Maybe they’re better with x-box or something but when used on my PC, they did not work whatsoever.

I use these at work and I use them to game. I love the fact you can connect these via Bluetooth and wireless at the same time. With the switch of a button I can go back and forth between the two. These look great and sound even better. It’s another great product from Razer.

Had these for ONE week, and every time I turn them on they say “Power on” only to immediately say “Power off” Battery is at 97% restarted my computer and it stayed on for 30 seconds before doing the same thing.
Headset stays on as long as the dongle is not plugged in, as soon as it connects it powers off the headset. If I try to use bluetooth it bugs out and creates this hollow sound to my normal PC audio as if it’s coming through a microphone.
Can’t find any support whatsoever. This is my third razer headset that hasn’t worked as advertised or completely failed on me. Usually when you pay for branding it’s because the product is guaranteed to be better than the rest. Obviously Razer has taken that for granted and basically just started scamming its customers.
